WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed all factors, and studied <br />the City's recommendation to annex as much land as possible <br />as denoted on Alternative A and made part of Director of <br />Engineering Services' memorandum of September 8, 1977. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission recommends to the City Council <br />to continue with annexation proceedings for the 13.6 acres <br />owned by Joseph Madden, excluding all other properties in <br />the vicinity of the proposed application. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />on the 14th day of September, 1977, by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Shepherd, Wood, Chairman <br />Butler <br />NOES: Commissioner Jamieson <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />ATTEST: Secretary Harris <br />DATE: September 14, 1977 <br />Attest: <br />~` vy <br />Robert J.
