PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1570 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL THE <br />ADOPTION OF A DRAFT RESIDENTIAL ALLOCATION PROGRAM <br />ORDINANCE. <br />WHEREAS, an application by the City of Pleasanton to adopt a draft <br />Residential Allocation Program Ordinance has come before <br />the Planning Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed ordinance would add Chapter 13 to Title II <br />of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton; and <br />WHEREAS, the proposed draft ordinance proposes a method whereby <br />this objective will be accomplished; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing to review <br />the proposed draft Residential Allocation Program Ordinance <br />on September 19, 1977, when all pertinent documents and <br />testimony were received and reviewed. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton recom- <br />mends to the City Council the adoption of the draft Resi- <br />dential Allocation Program Ordinance subject to changes <br />more particularly delineated in Exhibit A attached hereto <br />and incorporated herein by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br />its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton, <br />on the 19th day of September, 1977, by the following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Shepherd, Wood, and Chairman Butler <br />NOES: Commissioner Jamieson <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />ATTEST: Secretary <br />Date: September 19, 1977 <br />Attest: <br />Robert J.
