PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 1570 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL THE ADOPTION OF A DRAFT RESIDENTIAL ALLOCATION PROGRAM ORDINANCE. WHEREAS, an application by the City of Pleasanton to adopt a draft Residential Allocation Program Ordinance has come before the Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, the proposed ordinance would add Chapter 13 to Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton; and WHEREAS, the proposed draft ordinance proposes a method whereby this objective will be accomplished; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing to review the proposed draft Residential Allocation Program Ordinance on September 19, 1977, when all pertinent documents and testimony were received and reviewed. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton recom- mends to the City Council the adoption of the draft Resi- dential Allocation Program Ordinance subject to changes more particularly delineated in Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
