PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 1575 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FILED UNDER APPLICATION UP-77-15 BY PETER AND JAMES MORRILL. WHEREAS, Peter and James Morrill have applied for a conditional use permit to allow construction and operation of a warehouse facility on a 2.2 acre site located on the north side of Ray Street just westerly and behind the nuclear laundry at 65 Ray Street; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is C-S (Commercial Service) District; and WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on this application on October 12, 1977, at which time testimony, documents, reports and maps were studied by the Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, after reviewing all pertinent information, the Planning Commission made the following findings: A. That the proposed location of the conditional use is in accord with the objectives of this chapter and the purposes of the district of which the site is located. B. That the proposed location of the conditional use and the conditions under which it would be operated or maintained will not be detrimental to the public health, safety or welfare or be materially injurious to the property or improvements in the vicinity. C. That the proposed conditional use will comply with each of the applicable provisions of this chapter. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The Planning Commission approves UP-77-15, subject to the following conditions: 1. That the development be substantially as .shown on the site plan, elevations and landscape plan, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Department. 2. That approval of this use permit is subject to the .- approval of Case Z-77-141 and any conditions which may be attached thereto by the Design Review Board.
