PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1575 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br />FILED UNDER APPLICATION UP-77-15 BY PETER AND JAMES <br />MORRILL. <br />WHEREAS, Peter and James Morrill have applied for a conditional use <br />permit to allow construction and operation of a warehouse <br />facility on a 2.2 acre site located on the north side of <br />Ray Street just westerly and behind the nuclear laundry at <br />65 Ray Street; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is C-S (Commercial Service) <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on this application on October 12, <br />1977, at which time testimony, documents, reports and maps <br />were studied by the Planning Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, after reviewing all pertinent information, the Planning <br />Commission made the following findings: <br />A. That the proposed location of the conditional use is <br />in accord with the objectives of this chapter and the <br />purposes of the district of which the site is located. <br />B. That the proposed location of the conditional use and <br />the conditions under which it would be operated or <br />maintained will not be detrimental to the public <br />health, safety or welfare or be materially injurious <br />to the property or improvements in the vicinity. <br />C. That the proposed conditional use will comply with <br />each of the applicable provisions of this chapter. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission approves UP-77-15, subject to <br />the following conditions: <br />1. That the development be substantially as .shown on the <br />site plan, elevations and landscape plan, Exhibit A, <br />on file with the Planning Department. <br />2. That approval of this use permit is subject to the <br />.- approval of Case Z-77-141 and any conditions which may <br />be attached thereto by the Design Review Board. <br />
