2. That approval of this case is conditioned upon the ap- proval of Case Z-77-150 and any conditions which may be attached thereto by the Design Review Board. 3. That the applicant submit a site development plan in accordance with the Survey Ordinance (Article 3, Chapter 3, Title II) and that these plans be approved by the Director of Engineering Services prior to the issuance of a building permit. 4. That the site development plan include all required in- formation to design and construct site, grading, paving and drainage. 5. That the paving section for the access road be designed on the basis of an R Value test and a Traffic Index to carry the anticipated traffic load. This design shall be subject to the approval of the Director of Engineering Services. The minimum paving section shall be 2 inch A.C. on 5 inch A.B. The minimum A.C. pavement slope shall be 1~, or as approved by the Engineering Division. 6. That the applicant's contractor obtain an encroachment permit from the City prior to the beginning of construc- tion. 7. That the location of the access road be coordinated with the export pipe line and the inter-continental telephone cable which is buried in that vicinity. 8. That one set of construction plans be submitted for review by the Fire Department. 9. That storage of flammable, toxic, corrosive or radio- active materials on the subject site shall conform to all fire code requirements. 10. That a reliable and adequate supply of water shall be provided for fire suppression purposes; the amount of flow to be determined by the Fire Department. 11. That the applicant work with the Pleasanton Police De- partment to devise security measures to be utilized in conjunction with project facilities. 12. That the applicant take all necessary measures to control any odor problems which may develop. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days from the date of passage and adoption. -2-
