2. That approval of this case is conditioned upon the ap- <br />proval of Case Z-77-150 and any conditions which may <br />be attached thereto by the Design Review Board. <br />3. That the applicant submit a site development plan in <br />accordance with the Survey Ordinance (Article 3, Chapter <br />3, Title II) and that these plans be approved by the <br />Director of Engineering Services prior to the issuance <br />of a building permit. <br />4. That the site development plan include all required in- <br />formation to design and construct site, grading, paving <br />and drainage. <br />5. That the paving section for the access road be designed <br />on the basis of an R Value test and a Traffic Index to <br />carry the anticipated traffic load. This design shall <br />be subject to the approval of the Director of Engineering <br />Services. The minimum paving section shall be 2 inch <br />A.C. on 5 inch A.B. The minimum A.C. pavement slope <br />shall be 1~, or as approved by the Engineering Division. <br />6. That the applicant's contractor obtain an encroachment <br />permit from the City prior to the beginning of construc- <br />tion. <br />7. That the location of the access road be coordinated with <br />the export pipe line and the inter-continental telephone <br />cable which is buried in that vicinity. <br />8. That one set of construction plans be submitted for <br />review by the Fire Department. <br />9. That storage of flammable, toxic, corrosive or radio- <br />active materials on the subject site shall conform to <br />all fire code requirements. <br />10. That a reliable and adequate supply of water shall be <br />provided for fire suppression purposes; the amount of <br />flow to be determined by the Fire Department. <br />11. That the applicant work with the Pleasanton Police De- <br />partment to devise security measures to be utilized <br />in conjunction with project facilities. <br />12. That the applicant take all necessary measures to control <br />any odor problems which may develop. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days from the date <br />of passage and adoption. <br />-2- <br />
