PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1582 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL THE <br />ADOPTION OF AN ORDINANCE AMENDMENT TO CLARIFY THE <br />PROCESSING OF PUD APPLICATIONS FILED ON TWO OR MORE <br />PARCELS. <br />WHEREAS, on August 10, 1977, the Planning Commission initiated an <br />amendment to the ordinance code to clarify the processing <br />of PUD applications filed on two or more non-contiguous <br />parcels; and <br />WHEREAS, the staff studied this matter to determine if such an amend- <br />ment would be advantageous to the City; and <br />WHEREAS, after one continuance on October 12, 1977, this matter was <br />reviewed by the Planning Commission at a public hearing on <br />November 9, 1977; and <br />WHEREAS, all available information regarding this proposed amendment <br />was reviewed by the Planning Commission on November 9, 1977. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission recommends to the City Council <br />the adoption of RZ-77-11, subject to the wording in the <br />draft ordinance dated November 3, 1977, attached hereto <br />and made part of this resolution by reference. <br />Section 2.
