M. That the developer provide a storm drainage system, santiary sewer <br />system, and water system to adequately serve this development and <br />that approval of these systems be withheld pending final design. <br />N. That the developer submit complete and detailed landscape plans <br />for the entire subject property including automatic irrigation <br />systems to the City for review and approval prior to approval of <br />the Final Map. <br />O. That the developer provide a 6' high solid board fence with pilasters <br />per standard detail #31 along Valley Avenue and a 6' high solid <br />board fence without pilasters per standard details #31 along the <br />rear of lots 73 thru 78. <br />P. That approval for the use of rock in the planter and front yard <br />areas is withheld pending landscape plan design and approval. <br />Q. That the existing wooden pole electrical line along Hopyard Road <br />be replaced with a streamline system utilizing steel poles or <br />undergrounded across the entire Hopyard Road frontage of this <br />development. <br />R. That a detailed study of the sanitary sewer systems in this <br />area and how this development will be sewered be prepared by <br />the developer and submitted for review in conjunction with the <br />Tentative Map. <br />-4- <br />
