PLANNING COMMISSION City of Pleasanton RESOLUTION N0. 1405 A RESOLUTION GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO DEVELOP THE PROPERTY AT 386 DIVISION STREET AS A MONTESSORI SCHOOL. WHEREAS, Donald and Gail Washburn have submitted appli- cation UP-76-6 to the Planning Commission for a conditional use permit to allow development of a Montessori School at 386 Division Street in the RM-15 District; and WHEREAS, schools in the RM-15 District are a conditional use; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on the application on April 14, 1976, receiving testimony for and against the planned school use and receiving the staff recommendations. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton finds as follows: 1. That the proposed location of the conditional use is in accord with the objectives of Chapter 2, Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton and the purposes of the district in which the site is located. 2. That the proposed location of the conditional use and the conditions under which it would be operated or maintained will not be detrimental to the public health, safety, or welfare, or materially injurious to the properties or improvements in the vicinity. 3. That the proposed conditional use will comply with each of the applicable provisions of Chapter 2, Title II of the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton. Section 2. A Conditional Use Permit application UP-76-6 is approved, permitting Donald and Gail Washburn to conduct a Montessori School at 386 Division Street subject to the following conditions: 1. That approval of UP-76-6 is contingent on the approval of Case Z-76-52.
