PLA:v?iT'_Ir' C:7.^u~3.T.t>'IL":'. <br />Pleasa~aton, California <br />RESOLiJT2'J'_i v':i, ld.l~S <br />A resolution of the Flanning Commission of <br />the City of Pleasantor. approving UP-74-7 <br />and Z-74-33. <br />WiiEREAS, the application of Citizens Savings & Loan <br />Association for a conditional use permit to <br />alloor the construction of an approximately <br />1700 sq. ft. interim Savings & Loan office <br />to be located on the north side of Eernal <br />Avenue between the Southern Pacific railroad <br />tracks and Main Street, zoning for the pro- <br />perty being C-C (Central Commercial) District; <br />and design review approval for said property, <br />has colic before this Corunission, and, <br />YiHERFAS, the Flanning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton has held a public hearing on these <br />applications and has examined pertinent maps, <br />drawings and documents. <br />LIOF1, THRREFdRE, EF. IT FvDSOLVEn that the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Pleasantor. hereby approves UP-74-7 <br />and Z-74-33 subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the development be substantially as <br />shown on the site plan and elevations, E;hibit <br />A, on file with '.she Planning Department. <br />2. That prior to issuance of a building <br />pernrit all structures be completely removed <br />fmu; that portion of the property not to be <br />developed at this time, that the area be <br />graded to thc: City's satisfaction and that <br />weeds on it be kept abated at all times. <br />3. That a Main Street address be established <br />fur the property. <br />4. That if signing be desired the applicant <br />submit an overall comprehensive signing pro- <br />gram to be reviewed and approved by the City. <br />5. That a detailed site grading and drainage <br />pla~r be submitted to and approved by the City <br />Engineer prior to issuance of e. building permit. <br />6. ^hat all utilities to serve this site be <br />constructed un~jerrlround in conjunction with <br />the street imnr.ovements. <br />7. That the applicant agree, in a form satis- <br />factory to the City T~ttorney, to r.'-C-~<•ate the <br />right-of-coay needed for the wideni.,,; of Main <br />Street in front of the subject proper>:.v, to <br />a width of eight fact along said frontage. <br />The Flanning Commission specifically finds that <br />due tc the nature of the development and the <br />traffic to be generated thereon, there will be <br />an inoreasE~? traffic L^us:den to Train Street, which <br />regriir~:s e',: d~:a:3l.~sticr: of the above right-of- <br />way. <br />
