PLANNING COMMISSION <br />City of Pleasanton <br />RESOLUTION Y7O. 1412 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF <br />THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A CONDITIONAL <br />USE PERMIT FOR THE UNITED PRESBYTERIAN COM- <br />MUNITY CHURCH OF PLEASANTON. <br />WHEREAS, a conditional use permit has been submitted by <br />United Presbyterian Community Church to allow the construc- <br />and operation of a church complex at 4300 Mirador Drive; <br />WHEREAS, the zoning for the approximately 6.5 acre site <br />ocated between Mirador Drive and Sharab Court is zoned P (Public <br />Institutional) District and R-1 (Single Family Residential) <br />istrict; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a public hearing <br />May 12, 1976, received the staff report, and reviewed the maps <br />pertinent presentations for and against this application. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />ANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton <br />rinds as follows: <br />A. That the proposed location of the conditional use is <br />in accord with the objectives of this chapter and the <br />purposes of the district in which the site is located. <br />B. That the proposed location of the conditional use and <br />the conditions under which it would be operated or <br />maintained will not be detrimental to the public health, <br />safety or welfare or materially injurious to the pro- <br />perties and improvements within the vicinity as con- <br />ditioned. <br />C. That the proposed conditional use will comply with <br />each of the applicable provisions of this chapter. <br />Section 2. The Planning Commission does hereby approve <br />76-9, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown on the <br />site plan, elevations and landscape plan, Exhibit A, <br />on file with the Planning Department. <br />2. That any damage to street improvements now existing, <br />or done during construction on the subject property, <br />be prepared at full expense to the developer. <br />
