PLANNING COMMISSION <br />City of Pleasanton <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1419 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION <br />APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR <br />VERNON DICKMAN. <br />Vernon Dickman has filed an application for a conditional <br />use permit to allow the construction and operation of a <br />self-serve service station to be located at the north- <br />west corner of Hopyard Road and Johnson Industrial Drive <br />in the I-G (General Industrial) District; and <br />the Planning Commission held a public hearing on this <br />application, received the staff report and accepted <br />documents and testimony; and <br />the Planning Commission hereby makes the following <br />findings: <br />A. That the proposed location of the conditional use <br />is in accord with the objectives of this chapter <br />and the purposes of the district in which the site <br />is located. <br />B. That the proposed location of the conditional use <br />and the conditions under which it would be operated <br />or maintained will not be detrimental to the public <br />health, safety, or welfare, or materially injurious <br />to the properties or improvements in the vicinity. <br />C. That the proposed conditional use will comply with <br />each of the applicable provisions of this chapter. <br />THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />n 1. The Planning Commission approves UP-76-11, subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />1. That any damage to street improvements now existing <br />or done during construction on the subject site, <br />be repaired at full expense to the developer. <br />2. That the developer dedicate to the City a public <br />service easement, not to exceed 8' in width, along <br />the Johnson Industrial Drive frontage of the sub- <br />ject property to the satisfaction of the City <br />Engineer. <br />3. That the developer dedicate to the City a 15 ft. <br />P.S.E. over the on-site storm drain which conveys <br />runoff from the existing City system on Johnson <br />Industrial Drive. <br />
