4. That litter removed from the coop during cleaning <br />be stored in fly-tight containers until disposed <br />of or turned into the garden. <br />5. That the roosters be de-crowed if they become a <br />noise problem. <br />6. That the chickens be maintained in such a manner <br />that at no time shall they cause damage or hazard <br />to persons or property in the vicinity or generate <br />offensive noise, dust, or odor. <br />7.
