situation, the installation of the structure <br />could contribute to its further deterioration <br />by encouraging people to congregate on the <br />property, and creating areas not visible from <br />the street by police vehicles. <br />c. The nature of the use would produce heavy <br />motorist traffic, including recreation trailers <br />and campers, and such new traffic could further <br />deteriorate traffic circulation in an already <br />congested area. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission, unable to make findings <br />required by Section 2-11.08 of the Pleasanton Zoning <br />Code hereby denies application UP-76-17. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 23rd day of June, 1976, by the <br />following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioners Doherty, Jamieson, Shepherd, Wood and <br />Chairman Butler <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />ATTEST: Secretary Harris <br />DATE: June 23, 1976 <br />ATTEST: <br />Ro ert J.
