The nature of the use would produce heavy <br />motorist traffic, including recreation trailers <br />and campers, and such new traffic could further <br />deteriorate traffic circulation in an already <br />congested area. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission, unable to make findings <br />required by Section 2-11.08 of the Pleasanton Zoning <br />Code hereby denies application UP-76-17. <br />Section 2.
