THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. Approve the conditional use permit subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. That only office and sales type skills, GED pre- <br />paration and other non-industrial type activities <br />be taught on the subject site and that all activi- <br />ties take place with the building. <br />2. That this permit be granted for a maximum period <br />of 7 years from the date of approval of this <br />application and that if the proponent wishes to <br />continue the activities beyond that date, that he <br />reapply for a new conditional use permit. <br />3. That the maximum number of students taught on the <br />site at any one time be limited by the restrictions <br />of the parking ordinance of the City of Pleasanton. <br />4. That all weeds be abated on the subject site, in- <br />cluding those between the front wall and the side- <br />walk, and that the site be kept in a weed free <br />condition at all times. <br />5. That the cement block wall which runs along the <br />front property line be repaired and maintained in <br />good condition at all times. <br />6. That the applicant enter into an agreement with the <br />City approved by the City Attorney which guarantees <br />that the landscaping included in this project will <br />be maintained in a healthful, attractive and weed <br />free manner. Said agreement shall be recorded and <br />run with the land for the duration of the existence <br />of this conditional use permit. <br />7. That the emergency number of the fire department <br />be provided adjacent to all phones on the site. <br />8. That if signing for the development is desired, a <br />comprehensive signing program be submitted to the <br />City for consideration under separate application. <br />2.
