c. In an R District, the distance between a main <br />structure and an accessory structure on the same <br />site shall not be less than 6 feet, except that <br />accessory structures in rear yards or in one side- <br />yard may be closer than 6 feet if all the require- <br />ments of the Building and Fire Codes are met and if <br />such structures are not closer than 3 feet to any <br />side or rear property line. <br />d. For structures of variable height (e .g. split <br />level houses) height shall mean, for the purpose <br />of this section, the height of that portion of <br />the structure nearest to the second structure. <br />Section 2.
