1. That the driveway and gate on to Vervais Avenue <br />be constructed as shown on the site plan Exhibit <br />A (Case UP-76-19) and that no Heritage Tree be <br />removed as part of this action. <br />2. That the applicant (or his successors in interest) <br />limit ingress to the subject property from Stanley <br />Boulevard and egress to Vervais Avenue and that <br />signs so stipulating be posted at both access <br />points. That this stipulation apply to all vehicles <br />even those stored on the Union service station lot. <br />3. That the operators of the businesses on the subject <br />property ask their employees and customers not to <br />park on Vervais Avenue. <br />4. That a minimum 12 ft. wide no parking lane be <br />marked the entire length of the subject property <br />and maintained free and clear of vehicles at all <br />times. <br />5. That the applicant (or his successors in interest) <br />keep the Vervais Avenue driveway gate locked from <br />6:00 P.M. to 8:00 A.M., Monday through Saturday, <br />and locked all day Sunday. <br />6. That this CUP shall not be effective until the <br />applicant installs a Bay Area Air Pollution Control <br />Board approved filtration system in all shop areas <br />to permit work to be done with the doors closed, in <br />a safe manner, that the installation of the gate be <br />installed concurrently with the installation of the <br />exhaust (filtration) system. <br />7. That the applicant (or his successors in interest) <br />shall limit the hours of operation of each business <br />on the subject site to 7:30 A.M. to b:30 P.M.; the <br />applicant shall not permit loud tools or equipment <br />to be used on the site from 6:30 P.M. to 8:00 A.M. <br />and that for the purposes of this condition loud <br />tools or equipment shall include all equipment <br />using an air compressor or any other tool, the use <br />of which can be heard behond the subject site. <br />8. That the paint room door and the southernmost two <br />body shop doors be kept closed at all times and <br />that all noisy work take place in those two south- <br />ernmost areas; that if necessary a sound deadening <br />barrier be constructed between the southernmost <br />two body shop areas and the other body shop bays; <br />that the body shop operator secure and use new <br />non-sound producing tools to the greatest extent <br />practicable; and that the doors of the muffler <br />shop be kept closed at all times that noisy work <br />takes place in connection with that business. <br />9. That all repair work, whether by the body shop or <br />the muffler shop or any other use on the site, be <br />conducted inside the building at all times. <br />-2- <br />
