PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 1452 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION AFFIRMING THE CONDITIONS FOR APPROVAL FOR DESIGN REVIEW AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT MODIFICATION FOR THE PLEASANTON BODY SHOP AT 4262 STANLEY BOULEVARD, PLEASANTON. (WHEREAS, Pleasanton Body Shop applied for design modifications to their body shop at 4262 Stanley Boulevard to allow vehicular access to Vervais Avenue; and (WHEREAS, revision to the design plans would necessitate a re- vision to the conditional use permit for the use of the body shop at that address; and (WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed this matter at their July 14 meeting at which time approval was given sub- ject to verification of the conditions of approval; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed this matter again on October 13, 1976, received further testimony and re- viewed documents and the conditions presented for final approval; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission made the following findings: 1. That the proposed location of the conditional use in is accord with the objectives of this chapter and the purposes of the district (the Commercial Service District) in which the site is located. 2. That the proposed location of the conditional use and the conditions under which it would be operated or maintained will not be detrimental to the public health, safety or welfare or materi- ally injurious to the properties or improvements in the vicinity in that Conditions 3, 5, 7, 8, and 9 below attempt to minimize the impact on neigh- boring residential properties. 3. That the proposed conditional use will comply with each of the applicable provisions of the chapter. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITYOF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The Planning Commission approves Z-76-120 and UP-76-19, subject to the following conditions:
