PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1452 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION AFFIRMING <br />THE CONDITIONS FOR APPROVAL FOR DESIGN REVIEW AND <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT MODIFICATION FOR THE PLEASANTON <br />BODY SHOP AT 4262 STANLEY BOULEVARD, PLEASANTON. <br />(WHEREAS, Pleasanton Body Shop applied for design modifications <br />to their body shop at 4262 Stanley Boulevard to allow <br />vehicular access to Vervais Avenue; and <br />(WHEREAS, revision to the design plans would necessitate a re- <br />vision to the conditional use permit for the use of <br />the body shop at that address; and <br />(WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed this matter at their <br />July 14 meeting at which time approval was given sub- <br />ject to verification of the conditions of approval; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed this matter again on <br />October 13, 1976, received further testimony and re- <br />viewed documents and the conditions presented for final <br />approval; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission made the following findings: <br />1. That the proposed location of the conditional <br />use in is accord with the objectives of this <br />chapter and the purposes of the district (the <br />Commercial Service District) in which the site <br />is located. <br />2. That the proposed location of the conditional <br />use and the conditions under which it would be <br />operated or maintained will not be detrimental <br />to the public health, safety or welfare or materi- <br />ally injurious to the properties or improvements <br />in the vicinity in that Conditions 3, 5, 7, 8, and <br />9 below attempt to minimize the impact on neigh- <br />boring residential properties. <br />3. That the proposed conditional use will comply with <br />each of the applicable provisions of the chapter. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITYOF PLEASANTON <br />DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission approves Z-76-120 and <br />UP-76-19, subject to the following conditions: <br />
