PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0. 1456 A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A MODEL HOME COMPLEX AND SALES OFFICE FOR MORRISON HOMES LOCATED AT 4182, 4190 AND 4198 RENNELWOOD WAY. Morrison Homes has applied for a conditional use permit to locate a model home complex and sales office at 4182, 4190 and 4198 Rennelwood Way; and zoning for the proposal is PUD (Planned Unit Development) District; and a public hearing was held by the Planning Commission to review this application and pertinent maps, drawings and documents were received; and as a result of the information supplied to the Planning Commission, they made the following findings regarding this application: A. That the proposed location of the conditional use is in accord with the objectives of this chapter and the purposes of the district in which the site is located. B. That the proposed location of the conditional use and the conditions under which it would be oper- ated or maintained will not be detrimental to the public health, safety or welfare, or materially injurious to properties or improvements in the vicinity. C. That the proposed conditional use will comply with each of the applicable provisions of this chapter. D. That the proposed conditional use permit for the model home complex is in substantial conformance with the Planned Unit Development concept adopted for this development. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The Planning Commission approves UP-76-25, subject to the following conditions: 1. That the development be substantially as shown on the site plan, landscape plan and elevations, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Department.
