PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1456 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A MODEL HOME COMPLEX AND <br />SALES OFFICE FOR MORRISON HOMES LOCATED AT 4182, 4190 <br />AND 4198 RENNELWOOD WAY. <br />Morrison Homes has applied for a conditional use permit <br />to locate a model home complex and sales office at <br />4182, 4190 and 4198 Rennelwood Way; and <br />zoning for the proposal is PUD (Planned Unit Development) <br />District; and <br />a public hearing was held by the Planning Commission <br />to review this application and pertinent maps, drawings <br />and documents were received; and <br />as a result of the information supplied to the Planning <br />Commission, they made the following findings regarding <br />this application: <br />A. That the proposed location of the conditional <br />use is in accord with the objectives of this <br />chapter and the purposes of the district in <br />which the site is located. <br />B. That the proposed location of the conditional use <br />and the conditions under which it would be oper- <br />ated or maintained will not be detrimental to the <br />public health, safety or welfare, or materially <br />injurious to properties or improvements in the <br />vicinity. <br />C. That the proposed conditional use will comply <br />with each of the applicable provisions of this <br />chapter. <br />D. That the proposed conditional use permit for the <br />model home complex is in substantial conformance <br />with the Planned Unit Development concept adopted <br />for this development. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The Planning Commission approves UP-76-25, subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown <br />on the site plan, landscape plan and elevations, <br />Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Department. <br />
