2. That the YMCA activities carried out at 287 Rose <br />Avenue be only those enumerated in the letter <br />from Richard Babington (Exhibit A, UP-76-14) on <br />file with the Planning Department and that if <br />the YMCA wishes to conduct teenage activities <br />at the site, that the conditional use permit <br />be reviewed at that time. <br />3. That the upstairs of the house be used for <br />administrative and storage functions only and <br />not for assembly purposes. <br />4. That prior to any programs being held to which <br />the general public may be invited, notice must <br />be given to the fire department and inspection <br />carried out by the fire prevention bureau. <br />5. That this use permit shall terminate with the <br />termination of the lease (or any renewal) which <br />the City will enter into with the tenants. <br />Section 2.
