ACTIVITIES.
the City of Pleasanton, owners of the aforementioned
building at 287 Rose Avenue, has applied for a condi-
tional use permit to allow the continued operation
of the premises for Y.M.C.A. activities; zoning for
the property being R-1-6500 (Single Family Residential)
District; and
a public hearing on this application was held and
the Planning Commission reviewed pertinent maps,
drawings and documents; and
based on the information received at the public hearing
the Planning Commission made the following findings:
A. That the proposed location of the conditional
use is in accord with the objectives of this
chapter and the purposes of the district in
which the site is located.
B. That the proposed location of the conditional
use and the conditions under which it would
be operated or maintained would not be detri-
mental to the public health, safety, or welfare
or materially injurious to the properties or
improvements in the vicinity.
C. That the proposed conditional use will comply
with each of the applicable provisions of
this chapter.
OW, THEREFORE, the Planning Commission resolves as follows:
ection 1. The Planning Commission approves UP-76-26, with the
following conditions:
1. That this use permit is valid only for the acti-
vities of the Twin Valley YMCA listed in #2 below
and office activities of the Volunteer Bureau and
District 3 of the Youth Soccer Administration;
that no expansion of any of these activities shall
take place without prior City approval; and that
there shall be no other tenants of the subject
property without prior permission of the City
and without an approved revision to this use
permit.
