SNOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION DOES RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />(Section 1. The Planning Commission approves UP-76-27, subject <br />to the following conditions: <br />1. That there be a maximum of 15 guests housed on the <br />site at any one time; that all guests be ambulatory <br />and that all guests at all times qualify as lodgers <br />rather than nursing home patients. <br />2. That approval of this case is conditioned upon <br />the approval of V-76-23 by the Board of Adjustment. <br />3. That the applicant apply for and be granted a <br />State Department of Health license for 15 aged <br />ambulatory persons. <br />Section 2.
