PLANNING COMMISSION
CITY OF PLEASANTON
COUNTY OF ALAMEDA
STATE OF CALIFORNIA
RESOLUTION NO. 1473
A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO
ALLOW CONSTRUCTION AND USE OF A BUILDING FOR COMMER-
CIAL SERVICE PURPOSES AT 3675 SANTA RITA ROAD.
Earl Adams has applied for a conditional use permit
to construct and use a building at 3675 Santa Rita Road
for commercial service uses to be located between Santa
Rita Road and the existing building on the lot; and
zoning for the property is C-S (Commercial Service)
District; and
the continued public hearing was held on December 8,
1976, when pertinent maps, drawings, documents and
testimony was received by the Commission; and
the Planning Commission made the following findings:
A. That because the proposed use of the site is
warehousing, which is an environmentally benign
type of use, the location of the use and the con-
ditions under which it would be operated or main-
tained will not be detrimental to the public health,
safety or welfare or materially injurious to pro-
perties or improvements in the vicinity.
C. That the proposed conditional use will comply with
each of the applicable provisions of this chapter.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Planning Commission approves UP-76-30, subject to
the following conditions:
