at the Valley Avenue driveway, the exact placement <br />and wording to be approved by the City, stating <br />that truck traffic may not enter or exit at that <br />driveway and directing all truck traffic to the <br />Hopyard Road entrances. <br />33. That there be no parking or storage of delivery <br />or service trucks or trailers on the P-zoned <br />portion of the property at any time. <br />34. That a raised median be provided on Hopyard Road <br />beginning at the northernmost driveway of the <br />site and running to the southwesternmost corner <br />of the property. <br />Section 2.
