the Annexation 72 property be prezoned from the 5 <br />(Study) District to C-S (Commercial Service) District; <br />and that the 37-acre parcel immediately east, and <br />currently within the City and zoned A (Agricultural) <br />District, be rezoned to C-S (Commercial Service) <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, at that hearing, pertinent maps, drawings and documents <br />were received by the Commission, to assist them in <br />evaluating this recommendation; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission considered the testimony received <br />at the public hearing, together with the staff report <br />and other material in making its determination. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, The Planning Commission does resolve as follows: <br />ii Section 1. That for the above-noted reasons, the Planning <br />Commission initiates an ordinance amendment to place <br />the property contained in Annexation 72 into the C-S <br />(Commercial Service) District and the approximately <br />37-acre property now zoned A (Agricultural) District <br />into the C-S (Commercial Service) District. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective upon passage <br />and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton on the 8th day of December, 1976, by the <br />following vote: <br />-2- <br />
