9. That the developer post a map in the sales office <br />showing the type of facilities and land uses sur- <br />rounding the complex. That signs be posted in all <br />model homes advising prospective buyers of those <br />features, including landscaping, which are optional <br />and not included as part of the purchase price. <br />10. That the developer call for final building inspec- <br />tion by the City prior to any of the model homes <br />being closed for sale. <br />11. That exterior lighting be provided for the complex, <br />the number and location of lights to be approved <br />by the Police Department. <br />12. That the developer install street trees in accord- <br />ance with the City Standards prior to use of the <br />models. <br />13. That prior to the time the model homes are complete , <br />the applicant may, at his discretion, locate a sale <br />trailer on Lot 99 for the purpose of home sales, <br />until an official sales office can be located in <br />one of the model homes. <br />Section 2.
