PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1481 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR <br />THE WILLIAM LYON COMPANY. <br />WHEREAS, the William Lyon Company has applied for a conditional <br />use permit to allow the construction of three houses <br />located at 4485, 4499 and 4517 Sutter Gate Avenue to <br />serve as a model home complex; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is R-1-6500 (Single Family <br />Residential) District; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has held a public hearing on <br />January 12, 1977, when pertinent maps, drawings and <br />documents were presented for their review; and <br />the Planning Commission made the following findings, <br />after reviewing all available information: <br />A. That the proposed location of the conditional use <br />is in accord with the objectives of this chapter <br />and the purposes of the district in which the site <br />is located. <br />B. That the proposed location of the conditional use <br />and the conditions under which it would be operated <br />or maintained not be detrimental to the public <br />health, safety or welfare, or materially injurious <br />to properties or improvements in the vicinity. <br />C. That the proposed conditional use will comply with <br />each of the applicable provisions of this chapter. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, the Planning Commission resolves as follows: <br />
