PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1487 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON MAKING THE FINDING THAT THE ENVIRON- <br />MENTAL IMPACT REPORT PREPARED FOR PUD-76-3, CREEKS <br />BEND, MEETS THE REQUIREMENTS OF CEQA. <br />WHEREAS, Morrison Homes has applied for a planned unit develop- <br />ment for their property located on the south side of <br />the Del Valle Parkway immediately east of Hopyard <br />Road; and <br />WHEREAS, the environmental impact report prepared for two pre- <br />vious submittals for this property has been modified <br />to apply to this proposal; and <br />WHEREAS, modifications added to allow the report to apply to <br />this development were Volume II of the report, re- <br />visions dated June, 1976, and newly adopted energy <br />conservation home program requirements from P.G.&E. <br />which became effective in 1976; and <br />WHEREAS, the planned unit development was scheduled to be re- <br />viewed by the Planning Commission on February 9, 1977; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, prior to review of the development itself on that same <br />date, the Planning Commission reviewed the environmental <br />impact report with required modifications; and <br />(WHEREAS, they considered the sufficiency of the F.IR, the proposed <br />mitigation measures, studied the adverse impacts identi- <br />fied in the EIR, and identified the boundaries of the <br />area significantly affected if significant effects were <br />found; and <br />
