25. That the trail system shown on the P.U.D. develop- <br />ment plan be constructed by the developer at the <br />time of development of the subdivision but that the <br />design of the trail system be approved at the time <br />of the tentative map consideration. <br />26. That developer provide an access from Del Valle <br />Parkway to the trail system and extend trail on <br />over to Del Valle Parkway. <br />27. That back-up fencing along Del Valle Parkway be <br />constructed in accordance with City's standards <br />for back-up fencing with minor modifications <br />acceptable to Director of Engineering Services <br />to be allowed in spacing of the brick or block <br />pilasters. <br />28. That low fences be constructed between the end of <br />the six feet board fences and the cul-de-sacs to <br />separate public trail traffic from private pro- <br />perty. Design of fence to be approved by the <br />Director of Engineering Services. <br />29. That the trail system be landscaped by the devel- <br />oper as shown on the development plan, Exhibit A, <br />and that a detailed landscape plan of this area <br />be approved by the Director of Engineering Services <br />prior to final map approval. <br />~ISection 2.
