PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1488 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON RECOMMENDING TO THE CITY COUNCIL <br />APPROVAL OF A PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT FOR MORRISON <br />HOMES, CREEKS BEND. <br />Morrison Homes has applied for a planned unit development <br />for that property located on the south side of the Del <br />Valle Parkway immediately east of Hopyard Road; and <br />two previous submittals were filed for this property, <br />and <br />a public hearing was held on February 9, 1977, for this <br />most recent submittal; and <br />EREAS, at that hearing pertinent testimony, documents, maps <br />and reports were reviewed by the Planning Commission; <br />and <br />the Planning Commission made the finding that the <br />proposal is in conformance with the General Plan, and <br />the with the requirements of the Planned Unit Develop- <br />ment ordinance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />1. The Planning Commission recommends to the City Council <br />the adoption of PUD-76-3, subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />1. That the development be substantially as shown <br />on the development plan, Exhibit A, and Home <br />Elevations, Exhibit B, on file with the Planning <br />Department. <br />2. That the developer's contractor obtain an encroach- <br />ment permit from the city prior to the beginning <br />of construction. <br />3. That the site be kept free of fire hazards from <br />the start of construction to final inspection and <br />that the Fire Division emergency number be provided <br />adjacent to all telephones on the site. <br />
