That the developer call for final building inspection <br />by the City prior to any of the model homes being <br />closed for sale. <br />14. That exterior lighting be provided for the complex, <br />the number and location of lights to be approved <br />by the Police Division. <br />15. That the developer install street trees in accordance <br />with City standards prior to use of the models. <br />16. That the homes within this development be subject <br />to the requirements adopted in the 1976 P. G. & E. <br />Home Energy Conservation Program. <br />Section 2.
