PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1490 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COP~Ib'IISSION OF <br />THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A CONDITIONAL <br />USE PERMIT FOR SUNSET POOLS WEST, INC. <br />WHEREAS, Sunset Pools West, Inc., has applied for a conditional <br />use permit to allow a display swimming pool to be <br />installed at 4377 First Street; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is C-C (Central Commercial) <br />District; and <br />4dHEREAS, this matter was reviewed by the Planning Commission <br />on January 12, 1977, at which time the Commission <br />made the finding that a conditional use permit would <br />be required, as the addition of a display pool to <br />the existing swimming pool sales offices would remove <br />the office from the category of "administrative, <br />business and professional offices" and place it in the <br />category of "swimming pool sales and services;" and <br />WHEREAS, a conditional use permit application was filed by <br />Sunset Pools West, Inc.; and <br />WHEREAS, on February 9, 1977, a public hearing was held on <br />said application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission reviewed all pertinent maps, <br />drawings, documents and testimony and made the <br />following findings: <br />a.
