Section 1. Approve UP-77-3, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That because the Mission Plaza Shopping Center is <br />approaching its limit for parking based upon the <br />number and types of businesses located in the center <br />and because the parking requirement for schools is <br />more restrictive than for retail sales, that the <br />cooking classes conducted in Granville's be <br />limited to a maximum of six students and one teacher <br />at any one time. <br />2. That the applicant abide by any conditions imposed <br />by the Alameda County Health Department. <br />Section 2.
