PLANNING COMMISSION <br />CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1491 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF <br />THE CITY OF PLEASANTON APPROVING A CONDITIONAL <br />USE PERMIT FOR A COOKING SCHOOL AT 1991-L <br />SANTA RITA ROAD. <br />WHEREAS, Louisa Abbott has applied for a conditional use permit <br />to conduct cooking classes at her store known as <br />Granville's, at 1991-L Santa Rita Road; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the shop is C-C (Community Commercial) Dis- <br />trict; and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on February 9, 1977, when <br />pertinent maps, drawings, documents and testimony were <br />received by the Planning Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, after reviewing all available <br />data, made the following findings regarding the appli- <br />cation: <br />A. That because the use will not be noticeable beyond <br />the boundaries of the subject site, the conditional <br />use is in accord with the objectives of this chapter <br />and the purposes of the district in which the site <br />is located. <br />B. That because of the nature of the proposed use and <br />the condition under which it would be operated or <br />maintained, it will not be detrimental to the public <br />health, safety, or welfare, or materially injurious <br />to the properties or improvements in the vicinity. <br />C. That the proposed conditional use will comply with <br />each of the applicable provisions of this chapter. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />
