That if the models are to be sold at <br />a later date, the sales office be removed <br />and its location completely converted to a <br />garage complete with garage door and drive- <br />way prior to final building inspection. <br />14. That signs advertising the model home <br />complex be processed through the City under <br />separate application. <br />15. That the location of the complex on the <br />cul-de-sac as proposed by Ponderosa Homes on <br />unsubdivided leased land does not bind the <br />City to a specific subdivision design for <br />the area. <br />16. That the lot lines between the models <br />be clearly defined; suggested methods being <br />low rail type fencing or equal, and that the <br />design be submitted for staff approval. <br />17.
