the model home complex has not been completed <br />by June 1, 1975; and that said letter of <br />credit is subject to annual review to deter- <br />mine if $50,000 is sufficient to carry out <br />the purpose intended. <br />5. That water lines to all but the sales <br />office model home be stubbed out and no <br />water delivered to these three models ex- <br />cept for the irrigation of landscaping; that <br />all drains in these three models be capped, <br />that all capped drains be provided with <br />signs to indicate that they are inoperable, <br />and that the stubbing and capping be done <br />to the satisfaction of the Chief Building <br />Inspector. <br />6. That there be no leasing or renting of <br />any of the units in the model home complex. <br />7. That the development be as shown on the <br />plot plan, Exhibit A, on file with the <br />Planning Department except that driveways <br />be constructed for all models, the winding <br />walkway connecting all models be removed <br />and a conventional sidewalk adjacent to the <br />curb constructed in its place in front of <br />all models, and that no additional walkways, <br />accessory structures, trellises, patio covers, <br />or other appurtenant structures be constructed <br />in the model home complex without City approval <br />8. That if the models are to be sold at a <br />later date, the parking lot be completely <br />removed and the two lots on which it will <br />be located returned to their natural state <br />prior to final building inspection. <br />9. That all trees used in the model home <br />complex be a minimum of 15 gallons in size <br />and all shrubs a minimum of 5 gallons in <br />size. <br />10. That a burglar alarm system be installed <br />in all model homes, said alarm system to <br />be approved by the Police Department prior <br />to installation. <br />11. That no flags, banners, pinwheels or <br />similar attention-drawing devices be utilized <br />in the complex. <br />12. That the applicant post a map in the <br />sales office showing the type of facilities <br />and land uses in the area surrounding the <br />complex. <br />-2 - <br />
