-2- <br />6. That an adequate storm drain system satisfactory to <br />the City Engineer be provided to convey run-off from <br />the driveway intersection across Vineyard Avenue. <br />7. That the access road to the site be a minimum of <br />28 ft, wide. That it connect with Vineyard Avenue as near <br />a right angle as possible and that the required truck <br />turning radius be provided. That the entire roadway <br />system, including connection to Vineyard Avenue shall be <br />paved and the structural section shall be approved by the <br />City Engineer. <br />8. That a detailed site, grading and drainage plan be <br />submitted to and approved by the City Engineer prior to <br />issuance of a building permit. <br />9. That a detailed plan showing the Vineyard Avenue <br />widening and on-site roadways be submitted to and approved <br />by the City Engineer prior to issuance of a building <br />permit. <br />10. That all Vineyard Avenue street improvements be <br />coordinated with and all required encroachment permits <br />be obtained from Alameda County. <br />11.
