DES:djk 12/15/86 (#30) <br /> <br /> Exhibit "A" <br /> <br /> TRI-VALLEY WASTEWATER AUTHORITY <br /> <br /> JOINT EXERCISE OF POWERS AGREEMENT TO IMPLEMENT <br /> A WASTEWATER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM <br /> <br /> SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT I <br /> <br /> THIS AGREEMENT, entered into this day of , <br /> <br />198_, by and between the COUNTY OF ALAMEDA ("County"), the CITY <br />OF PLEASANTON ( "Pleasanton" ) , the CITY OF LIVERMORE <br /> <br /> ( "Livermore" ), and the DUBLIN SAN RAMON SERVICES DISTRICT <br /> <br /> ("District") , public agencies of the State of California <br /> <br /> (collectively, the "Agencies"); <br /> <br /> WITNESSETH: <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, County, Pleasanton, and District entered into an <br />agreement dated March 4, 1986 pursuant to the provisions of <br />Government Code Sections 6500 et seq. the ( "Joint Powers <br />Agreement" ) , which established the Tri-Valley Wastewater <br />Authority ("Authority"), a public entity; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, paragraph XXII of the Joint Powers Agreement <br />provides that a party or parties may be added to Authority upon <br />request, evidenced by submission of a certified copy of a <br />resolution adopted by the governing body from the public entity <br />requesting membership; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Authority received a certified copy of Resolution <br />No. 250-86 entitled, "A Resolution Requesting Membership in the <br />Tri-Valley Wastewater Authority", adopted September 8, 1986 by <br />the Council of Livermore; and <br /> <br /> <br />
