DES:djk 12/15/86 (#18) <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, there has been prepared for, and reviewed by, this <br />Board Supplemental Agreement I to the Joint Powers Agreement <br />providing for membership of the City of Livermore in the <br />Authority; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, this Board desires to recommend approval of said <br /> <br />Supplemental Agreement I to the current members of the Authority; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br /> BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE TRI-VALLEY <br />WASTEWATER AUTHORITY, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> 1. That certain proposed.agreement entitled, "Tri-Valley <br />Wastewater Authority Joint Exercise of Powers Agreement to <br />Implement a Wastewater Management System - Supplemental Agreement <br />I," by and between the County of Alameda, the City of Pleasanton, <br />the City of Livermore, and the Dublin San Ramon Services <br />District, public entities of the State of California, providing <br />for membership of the City of Livermore in said Authority, is <br />hereby approved in the form of Exhibit "A" hereof, attached <br />hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br /> <br /> 2. This Board does hereby respectfully recommend that the <br />Board of Supervisors of the County of Alameda, the City Council <br />of the City of Pleasanton, the City Council of the City of <br />Livermore, and the Board of Directors of the Dublin San Ramon <br />Services District, and each of them, approve and authorize for <br />execution said Supplemental Agreement I. <br /> <br /> 3. The Secretary is hereby authorized and directed to <br />transmit certified copies of this resolution together with four <br /> <br /> 2 <br /> <br /> <br />
