DES:djk 12/15/86 (#30) <br /> <br /> EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br /> TRI-VALLEY WASTEWATER AUTHORITY <br /> JOINT EXERCISE OF POWERS AGREEMENT <br /> TO IMPLEMENT A WASTEWATER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM <br /> AS AMENDED BY SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT I <br /> <br />Section 1: General Budget. The Authority shall adopt an annual <br />General Budget consisting of two parts. Part I will be for <br />Administrative Overhead Costs and Part II will be for the <br />Operation and Maintenance Costs for the direct operation of each <br />Facility constructed by the Authority. <br /> <br /> Administrative Overhead Costs consist of all indirect <br />Authority costs which are not directly related to a Facility and <br /> <br />its proportionate use by Participating Members. Administrative <br />Overhead Costs include, but are not limited to, costs and <br />expenses of the Board, administrative salaries, payroll taxes, <br /> <br />fringe benefits, insurance premiums, legal and other professional <br />fees, business equipment rent, office furniture and furnishings <br />rent, office rent, costs of supplies, postage, services, and <br />communications, me~mbership dues and fees, and other indirect <br />costs and expenses. Each Party shall bear a prorated share of <br />the annual Administrative Overhead Costs. The proportionate <br />shares of the Administrative Overhead Costs shall be as follows: <br /> <br /> County of Alameda 29.62% <br /> City of Pleasanton 25.11% <br /> Dublin San Ramon Services District 25.20% <br /> City of Livermore 20.07% <br /> <br /> <br />
