PLANNING COMMISSION <br />City of Pleasanton <br />RESOLUTION N0. 1340 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Pleasanton approving UP-75-6. <br />WHEREAS, the application of Casa Verde Nursery for a <br />conditional use permit to remove the time <br />restriction on the existing nursery use and <br />to expand the size of the nursery located at <br />5511 Sunol Boulevard, in order to have room <br />for additional growing grounds, firewood and <br />plant storage and retail sales area; zoning <br />for the property being I-P (Industrial Park) <br />District, has come before this Commission, and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleas- <br />anton has held a public hearing on this ap- <br />plication and has reviewed pertinent maps, <br />drawings and documents, and has made the <br />following findings: <br />a. That the proposed location of the condi- <br />tional use is in accord with the objectives of <br />this chapter and the purposes of the district <br />in which the site is located. <br />b. That the proposed location of the condi- <br />tional use and the conditions under which it <br />would be operated or maintained will not be <br />detrimental to the public health, safety or <br />welfare, or materially injurious to the pro- <br />perties or improvements in the vicinity. <br />c. That the proposed conditional use will <br />comply with each of the applicable provisions <br />of this chapter. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Pleasanton hereby approves said <br />application, subject to the following con- <br />ditions: <br />1. That approval of UP-75-6 constitutes ap- <br />proval of a concept as shown on the site plan, <br />Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Department <br />and that prior to any additional structures <br />being constructed on any part of the nursery <br />property, that a detailed site plan and ele- <br />vations be submitted to the City for design <br />review. <br />2. That no materials, supplies, or equipment <br />be stacked or stored in the area between the <br />nursery building and Sunol Boulevard and that <br />all materials now stacked outside the cyclone <br />fence on the south side of the nursery be <br />moved to some other location on the site as <br />rapidly as possible, but in no case any later <br />that May 14, 1976. <br />
