13. That the developer submit a detailed <br />site grading, drainage, and paving plan as <br />part of the site development plan. <br />14. That the paving section be designed <br />on the basis of "R" value tests and a TI <br />to accommodate anticipated traffic. <br />15. That the developer shall be responsible <br />for the continued maintenance of all land- <br />scaping on the site. <br />16.
