6. That wooden shakes be used on the mansard <br />roof of the building rather than composition <br />shingles. <br />7. That parking spaces at an angle of 90° <br />to the western property line be established <br />along the full length of that property line <br />exclusive of setbacks. <br />8. That 6 inch high concrete curbs be con- <br />structed wherever landscaped areas abut drive- <br />ways or parking areas and that 2 in. x 4 in. <br />redwood headers be constructed wherever else <br />landscaped areas abut pavement areas. <br />9. That all street numbers be posted so as <br />to be easily read from the street at all times, <br />day and night. <br />10. That all ducts, meters, air conditioning <br />equipment and other mechanical equipment, <br />whether on the roof, on the structure, or on <br />the ground, be effectively screened from view <br />with materials architecturally compatible with <br />the main structure. <br />11. That all mechanical equipment be con- <br />structed in such a manner that noise emanating <br />from it will not be perceptible at or beyond <br />the property line of the subject property in <br />a normal environment. <br />12. That all lighting be constructed in such <br />a manner that glare is directed away from <br />surrounding properties and rights-of-way. <br />13. That all trash and refuse be contained <br />within enclosed areas which are architecturally <br />compatible with the main structure. <br />14.
