PLANNING COMMISSION <br />City of Pleasanton <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1350 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Pleasanton approving Z-75-83. <br />WHEREAS, the application of Al Bernard for design <br />review approval to construct a one-story <br />masonry building at 4262 Stanley Boulevard; <br />zoning for the property being C-S (Commercial <br />Service) District has come before this Com- <br />mission; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton has held a public hearing on <br />this application and has reviewed pertinent <br />maps, drawings and documents. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Pleasanton hereby approves <br />Z-75-83, subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That except as modified in Conditions <br />#3 through #7 below, that the development <br />I be substantially as shown on the site plan, <br />elevations and landscape plan, Exhibit A, <br />on file with the Planning Department. <br />2. That approval of this case is conditioned <br />upon the approval of use permit case UP-75-13 <br />by the Planning Commission and all conditions <br />attached thereto. <br />3. That no vehicular access shall be allowed <br />between the subject site and Vervais Avenue <br />and the 20' feet wide concrete driveway shown <br />on Vervais Avenue be completly landscaped <br />with Xylosma senticosum and gold pfitzer <br />junipers, and that all trees now existing <br />along the southern property line of the sub- <br />ject property be retained. <br />4. That the planter strip between Stanley <br />Boulevard and the sidewalk in front of the <br />subject property be completely landscaped <br />with plant materials compatible with those <br />used on the subject site. <br />5. That a solid 6 ft. high wooden fence or <br />chain link fence with redwood slats and red- <br />wood capping be constructed between the <br />northwest and southwest corners of the pro- <br />posed building and the western property line <br />of the subject property and that the existing <br />fence along the rear of the western property <br />line of the subject property either be repaired <br />or replaced so that a continuous solid 6 ft. <br />high wooden fence exists between the car wash <br />building and a point on the western property <br />line 10 ft. north of the southern property <br />line of the subject property. <br />
