PLANNING COMMISSION <br />City of Pleasanton <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1351 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Pleasanton approving UP-75-13. <br />WHEREAS, the application of Al Bernard for a con- <br />ditional use permit to utilize a proposed <br />5,580 sq. ft. commercial service building <br />as an automobile repair facility at 4262 <br />Stanley Boulevard; zoning for the property <br />being C-S (Commercial Service) District has <br />come before this Commission; and <br />The Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton has held a public hearing on <br />this application and has examined pertinent <br />maps, drawings and documents and has made <br />the following findings: <br />A. That the proposed location of the con- <br />ditional use is in accord with the objectives <br />of this chapter and the purposes of the <br />district in which the site is located. <br />B. That the proposed location of the con- <br />ditional use and the conditions under which <br />it would be operated and maintained will not <br />be detrimental to the public health or welfare <br />or materially injurious to the properties <br />or improvements in the vicinity. <br />C. That the proposed <br />comply with each of the <br />of this chapter. <br />conditional use will <br />applicable provisions <br />INOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Pleasanton hereby approves UP-75-13 <br />subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That except as modified in Conditions <br />#3, #4 and #11 below, and the conditions of <br />Design Review case Z-75-83, the development <br />be substantially as shown on the site plan, <br />landscape plan and elevations, Exhibit A, on <br />file with the Planning Department. <br />2. That approval of this application shall <br />be conditioned upon the approval of case <br />Z-75-83 and all conditions attached thereto. <br />3. That no vehicular access be allowed from <br />the subject property to Vervais Avenue and <br />that the area shown as a 20' wide driveway be <br />completely landscaped with Xylosma senticosum <br />and golf pfitzer junipers, that all existing <br />trees adjacent to the southern property line <br />of the subject property be retained and that <br />a 6 ft. high solid wooden fence be constructed <br />from the southwest corner of the proposed <br />building to the western property line of the <br />subject site. <br />
