CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-07 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH WINKO-MATIC SIGNAL <br /> COMPANY/MULTISONICS INCORPORATED FOR TRAFFIC COMPUTER <br /> MAINTENANCE <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council approves the agreement between <br /> the City of Pleasanton and Winko-Matic Signal <br /> Company/Multisonics Incorporated, regarding maintenance <br /> of the traffic computer and telemetry system, a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the Mayor to execute the above-described <br /> agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED JANUARY 6, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> K NE~H ~.'MERCER, MAYOR <br /> <br /> 2, F2'b <br />Pe~8~b'.
