4. That the developer post a cash bond or a letter of credit in an amount satisfactory to the Chief Building Inspector to provide for the future removal of the temporary sales office, improvements and conversion of the office back to a garage and that said conver- sion take place to the garage prior to final building inspection. 5. That this use permit is granted for a period of one year, at which time the propon- ent must reapply for a new permit if he wishes to continue use of the complex. 6. That a burglar alarm system be installed in all model homes, said system to be approve by the Police Department prior to installatio 7. That exterior lighting be provided for the complex, the number and location of lights to be approved by the Police Department. 8. That no flags, banners, pinwheels or similar attention-drawing devices be utilized in the complex. 9. That the developer post a map in the sales office showing the type of facility and land uses surrounding the subdivision. 10. That signs be posted in all model homes advising prospective buyers of those features of the homes which are optional and not in- cluded as part of the purchase price. 11. That the developer call for final buildi inspection by the City prior to any of the model homes being closed for sale. 12. That the developer install street trees in accordance with City standards prior to use of the models.
