PLANNING COMMISSION City of Pleasanton RESOLUTION NO. 1367 A resolution of the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton approving UP-75-22. WHEREAS, the application of Amador Valley Investors fora Conditional Use Permit to allow the establishment of a sales office at a model home complex located at 3864 and 3848 West Las Posit as Boulevard; zoning for the pro- perty being R-1-6500 (Medium Density Single Family Residential) District, has come before this Commission; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton has held a public hearing on this application and has reviewed pertinent maps, drawings and documents and has made the following findings: A. That the proposed location of the con- ditional use is in accord with the objectives of this chapter and the purposes of the district in which the site is located. B. That the proposed location of the con- ditional use and the conditions under which it would be operated or maintained will not be detrimental to the public health, safety or welfare or materially injurious to pro- perties or improvements in the vicinity. C. That the proposed comply with each of the of this chapter. conditional use will applicable provisions NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Planning Commission of the City of Pleasanton does hereby approve UP-75-22, subject to the following conditions: 1. That the development be substantially as shown on the site plan, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning Department. 2. That all trees used in landscaping be a minimum of 15 gallons in size and all shrub a minimum of 5 gallons. 3. That approval of this use permit does not constitute approval of any signing for the development and that if signing is desir that it be submitted to the City under separ application.
