PLANNING COMMISSION <br />City of Pleasanton <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1367 <br />A resolution of the Planning Commission of <br />the City of Pleasanton approving UP-75-22. <br />WHEREAS, the application of Amador Valley Investors <br />fora Conditional Use Permit to allow the <br />establishment of a sales office at a model <br />home complex located at 3864 and 3848 West <br />Las Posit as Boulevard; zoning for the pro- <br />perty being R-1-6500 (Medium Density Single <br />Family Residential) District, has come before <br />this Commission; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission of the City of <br />Pleasanton has held a public hearing on this <br />application and has reviewed pertinent maps, <br />drawings and documents and has made the <br />following findings: <br />A. That the proposed location of the con- <br />ditional use is in accord with the objectives <br />of this chapter and the purposes of the <br />district in which the site is located. <br />B. That the proposed location of the con- <br />ditional use and the conditions under which <br />it would be operated or maintained will not <br />be detrimental to the public health, safety <br />or welfare or materially injurious to pro- <br />perties or improvements in the vicinity. <br />C. That all trees used in landscaping be <br />a minimum of 15 gallons in size and all shrub <br />a minimum of 5 gallons. <br />3. That approval of this use permit does <br />not constitute approval of any signing for <br />the development and that if signing is desir <br />that it be submitted to the City under separ <br />application. <br />
