5. That the 6 ft. high wooden fence shown along the rear and side property lines of the subject site be con- structed in accordance with City standard details except that 4 ft. x 4 ft. posts set 3 ft. in the ground in 12 in. diameter holes filled with concrete may be used. 6. That the use permit is granted for a period of one year, at which time the proponent must reapply for a new permit if they wish to continue use of the complex. 7. That a burglar alarm system be installed in all models, said system to be approved by the Police Department prior to installation. 8. That exterior lighting be provided on the site, the number and location of such lights to be approved by the Police Department prior to installation. 9. That no flags, banners, pinwheels or similar attention drawing devices be utilized in the complex. 10. That the developer post a map in the sales office showing the type of facilities and land uses surround- ing this subdivision. 11. That signs be posted in all model homes advising pro- spective buyers of those features of the homes which are optional and not included as part of the purchase price. 12. That the developer call for final building inspection by the City prior to either of the model homes being closed for sale. 13. That the developer install street trees in accordance with City standards prior to use of the models. Section 2. This resolution shall be effective immediately upon passage and adoption.
