3. That there be no outside display of products sold or <br />items worked upon in conjunction with automobile <br />repair activities. <br />4. That the resolution of approval of this case be <br />posted in a prominent location on the premises at all <br />times. <br />5. That each new auto body repairing applicant for a <br />Certificate of Occupancy of any of the stalls or work <br />areas in the service center shall he subject to all <br />of the conditions of this Conditional Use Permit. <br />Section 3. This resolution shall become effective imme- <br />diately upon passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Planning Commission of the <br />City of Pleasanton on the 4th day of February, 1976 by the <br />following vote: <br />AYES: Commissioner Butler, Doherty, Carrigan, <br />Shepherd and Chairman Wood <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />ATTEST: Secretary Harris <br />DATE: February 4, 1976 <br />ATTEST: <br />~~~~~-. <br />Robert 3.
