PLANNING COMMISSION City of Pleasanton RESOLUTION N0. 1391 A RESOLUTION GRANTING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO 3440 STANLEY BOULEVARD TO DO AUTOMOBILE REPAIRING OVERHAULING, RE- BUILDING AND PAINTING WORK. WHEREAS, applicant, Frank Auf der Maur, through his representative, Robert Franklin, requested a conditional use permit for automotive body and fender repair at 3440 Stanley Boulevard; and WHEREAS, said property is in the C-S (Commercial Service) District; and WHEREAS, automobile repairing, overhauling, rebuilding and painting are conditionally allowed in the C-S District. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. The Commission finds as follows: 1. That the proposed location of the conditional use is in accord with the objectives of this chapter and the purposes of the district in which the site is located. 2. That the proposed location of the conditional use at 3440 Stanley Boulevard and the conditions under which it would be operated and maintained will not be detrimental to the public health, safety or welfare, or materially injurious to the properties or improve- ments in the vicinity because of the conditions set- forth below. 3. That the proposed conditional use will comply with each of the applicable provisions of this chapter. Section 2. The Planning Commission approves a condi- Tonal use permit for automobile repairing, overhauling, ilding and painting for the buildings located at 3440 Stanley Boulevard subject to the following conditions: 1. That all appropriate conditions of Resolutions R-73-27 and R-74-14, granting design review approval for the development of the subject property, be complied with. 2. That all activities carried out in conjunction with the repair of automobiles be conducted entirely indoors and that all wrecked or damaged vehicles be stored inside of the fenced yard at the rear of the service center at all times.
