PLANNING COMMISSION City of Pleasanton RESOLUTION N0. 1397 A RESOLUTION GRANTING APPROVAL OF UP-76-4, A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT IN THE C-C (CENTRAL COMMERCIAL) DISTRICT. WHEREAS, the applicant, Pleasanton Glass Company, has applied for a Conditional Use Permit to conduct a glass business in the C-C (Central-Commercial) District; and WHEREAS, the Commission received a staff report, conducted a public hearing, heard testimony, and examined pertinent docu- ments, maps and drawings on March 10, 1976; and NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Subject to the conditions below, the Commission adopts the following findings: 1. That the proposed location of the conditional use is in accord with the objectives of this chapter and the purposes of the district in which the site is located. 2. That the proposed location of the conditional use and the conditions under which it would be operated or maintained will not be detrimental to the public health, safety or welfare, or materially injurious to the properties or improvements in the vicinity. 3. That the proposed conditional use will comply with each of the applicable provisions of this chapter. Section 2. The Commission, therefore, approves the con- ditional use of a glass business subject to the following conditions: 1. That approval of this case is conditioned upon the approval by Design Review Board of Case Z-76-20. 2. That any damage done to street improvements now existing or done during construction on the subject property be repaired at full expense to the developer. 3. That the developer paY all fees and reimbursements that the property is subject to.
